Rick was raised in the trucking industry.  Rick went to work in the industrial construction industry immediately after high school graduation and 3 years later became a commercial driver. He has driven over a million miles with no vehicle violations or crashes in multiple aspects including hazardous materials. flatbed, and heavy haul. Once presented the opportunity to move into trucking safety/compliance management role he was able to use the knowledge and experience to apply practically. Drivers relate to him because he speaks their language. Management relates to him as he can quantify the savings of reduced down time, reduced major repair, and insurance premium reduction from a safe fleet and drivers without crashes. Custom training developed based on your needs.
